These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through Pixelfactory and form a binding agreement between you (“the customer”) and us. By purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Products and Availability

All products are made to order and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Please note that colors and details may vary slightly from images shown due to lighting conditions, monitor settings, or production variations.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in [your preferred currency — e.g., USD or EUR] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees and any applicable duties or customs charges will be calculated at checkout.
Pixelfactory reserves the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other methods supported through Shopify.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there are issues with payment authorization, incorrect information, or other irregularities.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand partner. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping times that vary depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Pixelfactory is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

7. Customs and Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order. Pixelfactory has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and designs sold or displayed by Pixelfactory are the intellectual property of Daniel Silva / Pixelfactory. No part of this website, including artwork or product designs, may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelfactory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or inability to use them. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or purchases made through Pixelfactory shall be resolved in the competent courts of France.
